Employee Rights Posting Notice under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
By April 1, 2020, a covered employer with fewer than 500 employees must display the notice of the requirements under FFCRA in a conspicuous place on its premises where notices to employees are customarily posted. According to the FAQs issued by the U.S. Department of Labor – Wage and Hour Division, for employees who work from home, the posting requirement may also be satisfied by emailing or direct mailing the notice to the employees or uploading the notice on an employee information internal or external website.
